We find the essence of true Balsamic Vinegar in the most classic products of the Reale line: the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, which follow the production specification for the protected denomination. The best balsamic vinegar is the one in which you find the history and the gastronomic culture of the area, as in our PGIs with aging up to 16 decanting, in the two traditional D.O.P and in the prestigious "Gran Riserva" Condiments with 50 and 100 decanting.

The Balsamic Vinegar of Acetaia Reale is a product obtained exclusively from the pressed must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, cooked, aged and aged in fine wood barrels, durmast, chestnut, ash, mulberry, cherry or juniper.
